People who bomb full-speed on their bicycles at pedestrians on shared-use paths, especially narrow ones in woods, should hit a nice rock and break their bikes and necks ASAP.
People who let their dogs run off leash - especially when said dogs are large, like to jump on small women and play-bite - or (the dogs) run out into the road without paying any attention whatsoever - should go die. People who don't pick up their dogs' shit should have to wear it molded to a lanyard, like poop on a rope, around their necks.
